Reagen Kulseth is an experienced trial attorney. Her successful career in civil and criminal litigation is punctuated by over 80 felony jury trials, including two capital cases..
Reagen Kulseth received her B.A. biochemistry degree from Smith College in Massachusetts and her law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law where she was a member of the college's prestigious Arizona Law Review. She is admitted to practice in all Arizona state and federal courts.
Reagen was a prosecutor with the Pima County Attorney's Office in Tucson, Arizona for twelve years where she gained extensive litigation and management experience. While serving as a State's attorney, she handled a wide variety of cases, including violent crimes, gangs, vehicular offenses, drug possessions and sales, homicides, and felony domestic violence.
Reagen also co-founded Saving Animals From Euthanasia (SAFE) and Murphy's Blood Bank. She remains community and service oriented.

Lee Ann Roads graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1983. While in California, she worked in Employment Law and Labor Relations. She was also a research attorney for Riverside Superior Court photo of Lee Ann Roads In 1986, Lee moved to Tucson, Arizona. She was a criminal prosecutor with the City of Tucson from 1987 until 1990, when she was hired by the Pima County Attorney's Office. While working as a felony attorney for Pima County, Lee prosecuted homicides, aggravated assaults, armed robberies, narcotics, property crimes, and gang cases. In 1995, Lee became the supervisor of the Property Offenses unit.
Lee has prosecuted over a hundred felony cases and hundreds of misdemeanors. She is an aggressive and proficient litigator.
