Attorney Reagen Kulseth is an experienced trial attorney in many forms of law. Reagan now represents clients as a general, criminal, matrimonial, and child custody lawyer in the Tucson area. Her past broad law experience has molded her into the successful attorney she is today. Reagen's career as a civil and criminal defense lawyer is punctuated by over 80 felony jury trials, including two capital cases.
Reagen received her B.A. in biochemistry degree from Smith College in Massachusetts. She then continued on to the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where she he was a member of the college's prestigious Arizona Law Review. She is admitted to practice in all Arizona state and federal courts.
Reagen was a prosecutor with the Pima County Attorney's Office in Tucson, Arizona for twelve years where she gained extensive litigation and management experience. While serving as a State's attorney, she handled a wide variety of cases, including violent crimes, gangs, vehicular offenses, drug possessions and sales, homicides, and felony domestic violence.
Reagen is community and service oriented. She co-founded Saving Animals From Euthanasia (SAFE) and Murphy's Blood Bank.

Civil, criminal, family, and divorce attorney Lee Ann Roads currently is a partner of Kulseth & Roads Attorneys at Law. Lee Ann has also had experience in many areas of law since she obtained her law degree.
Lee Ann graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1983. While in California, she worked in Employment Law and Labor Relations. She was also a research attorney for Riverside Superior Court. In 1986 she moved to Tucson, Arizona. Lee Ann was a criminal prosecutor with the City of Tucson from 1987 until 1990, when she was hired by the Pima County Attorney's Office. While working as a felony attorney for Pima County, Lee Ann prosecuted homicides, aggravated assaults, armed robberies, narcotics, property crimes, and gang cases. In 1995 Ms. Roads became the supervisor of the Property Offenses unit.
Lee Ann has prosecuted over 100 felony cases and hundreds of misdemeanors. As a criminal, family, and divorce attorney Lee Ann Roads is an aggressive and proficient litigator.
